Linux kernel constants exposed under linux.tc.

Values are populated at build time from the kernel headers.

Usage

action: TC verdicts, what a tc callback returns. Mirrors TC_ACT_* defines in <uapi/linux/pkt_cls.h>. Keys are the kernel names with the prefix stripped: TC_ACT_<NAME> is linux.tc.action.<NAME>.
h: TC handles. Mirrors TC_H_* defines in <uapi/linux/pkt_sched.h>. Keys are the kernel names with the prefix stripped: TC_H_<NAME> is linux.tc.h.<NAME>.
