Linux kernel constants exposed under linux.errno.

Values are populated at build time from the kernel headers. Error numbers, positive, keyed by the name linux.errname gives them. Mirrors E* defines in <uapi/linux/errno.h>. Keys are the kernel names: E<NAME> is linux.errno.E<NAME>.
