linux.scxModule

Linux kernel constants exposed under linux.scx.

Values are populated at build time from the kernel headers. Extensible Scheduler (sched_ext) flags, from 6.12 on. Mirrors SCX_* defines in <linux/sched/ext.h>. Keys are the kernel names with the prefix stripped: SCX_<NAME> is linux.scx.<NAME>. Empty on a kernel without <linux/sched/ext.h>.
